The Tire Chalet web and mobile application is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The online software operates in Tire Chalet warehouses spread across Canada and is used by hundreds of car dealerships and service centres. The cloud based system effectively captures and intelligently coordinates many processes within the Tire Storage industry. Tire Chalet wanted an application developer based in Canada, because they wanted a team that understood the seasonal context of the industry.

Complete ERP Solution
Of primary importance is an intuitive and accessible dashboard design for both car dealerships and system administrators. These dashboards populate information from expansive database systems that form the foundation of the platform. From these digital dashboards, appointments are created and managed. The appointments are collected into stops and routes are created using sophisticated algorithms and integrate with the Google Maps API.
Mobile Application
A mobile application runs off of Chainways mobile scanners and allows for inventory to be picked and loaded into trucks. Multiple checks and balances are built into the software to ensure the right tires get to the right place. The drivers deliver and pick up the inventory using the scanners to track and monitor the route.
Ultimately, the web application handles all aspects of the storage and logistics of a tire warehouse. This allows scaling and expansion to occur at a much higher rate, and at a lower cost.
